Bill Dumped Brooke! Is that it for the Bill and Brooke Romance?

Brooke can't believe what is happening.  Bill is dumping her to go back to her sister, Katie.

After almost losing his life in a climbing accident at Aspen, Bill Spencer claimed to have a moment of clarity.  An epiphany.
